Who can apply

Two kinds of people sit in this room.

Both are treated identically once the batch starts. What differs is only where you are on the day you apply.

Freshers

Graduation already complete — any year, any stream, degree in hand. If you finished two years ago and have been job hunting since, you are exactly who this batch is for.

Final-year students

Appearing for BE, B.Tech, BCA, BCS, MCA, MCS or an equivalent. You train alongside your last year of college and walk into the interview stretch with the degree finishing at the same time.

Seven months

What each month is actually for.

01
Before month 1 — Selection
A written test and an interview. We take 10 to 15 people and no more, because the guarantee is only honest if every person in the room can be tracked individually. Most applicants are not selected; that is what makes the promise payable.

Months 1 to 2 — Fundamentals
Programming, data structures, databases and the CS basics an interviewer will test. Graded weekly. This is the stretch where people discover what they only thought they knew.

Months 3 to 4 — Stack and projects 1 to 4
The full working stack, built by shipping. Every project is reviewed line by line the way a reviewer at a company would read it, and reworked until it passes.

Months 5 to 6 — Projects 5 to 10, interview drills
The remaining projects, plus DSA sets, aptitude, core revision and a recorded mock interview every week. By the end of month 6 your portfolio is ten repositories with real commit history.

Month 7 — Interviews until an offer lands
You go into our drives and partner openings. We keep sending you until an offer arrives. If none has by the end of this month, the refund clause below applies.

Syllabus

Eight areas, because the offer could be in any of them.

You agree to work in any domain we place you in, so the training has to cover the ground that promise makes. Every student does all eight; depth beyond that follows your ten projects.

Software engineering

Programming, data structures, version control, testing and the habits of writing code somebody else has to maintain. The base every other track here sits on.

Databases

Relational modelling, SQL that survives a query plan, indexing, migrations, and where a document store beats a table. Interviewers test this harder than freshers expect.

Full stack development with AI

A working front end, a real API, auth and deployment — built with AI tooling in the loop the way a working developer now does it, not despite it.

AI

Model APIs, prompts, retrieval, embeddings and agents, plus enough evaluation to tell a demo apart from something a client can rely on.

Medical device integration

Reading from and writing to clinical hardware, the data standards involved, and the care that a regulated domain demands. A niche with far more openings than trained people.

Sensor integration

Serial and network protocols, polling and streaming reads, calibration and the unglamorous work of trusting a number that came off physical hardware.

Project management

Estimation, scope, standups, tracking and writing things down. The reason two equally capable engineers get different offers.

Quantum computing

Qubits, gates, circuits and the algorithms that matter, run on a simulator and on real hardware. Early, deliberately — the field hires from a very small pool.

A guarantee with conditions hidden in a PDF is a trap. Here they are, at the same size as the promise.

You must

90% attendance

Measured across the whole programme, session by session. Below 90% and the guarantee lapses — the training continues, the refund promise does not.

10 completed projects

Completed means reviewed and passed by us, not submitted. Nine passed projects is not ten. This is the single condition people underestimate.

Relocate, and take the domain

The offer may be in another city and in a technology or industry you did not pick. Saying yes to both is part of the deal — a guarantee we can only honour inside Sangli, in your preferred stack, is not a guarantee.

One offer, taken

The first qualifying offer is the one you accept. Decline it and there is no second placement and no refund. Chase offers separately on your own and the guarantee closes the same way.

A job from the 7th month

Meet every condition on your side and we place you in a job starting in the seventh month. Not an internship, not an unpaid trial — a salaried offer.

₹3.6 LPA minimum

The guaranteed floor for the offer we place you in. Many students land above it; none are asked to accept below it and call the guarantee met.

No offer by the end of month 7, with both your conditions met? Every rupee of the course fee comes back. Not credit, not a discount on another course — a refund.

The fine print

What happens when it does not go to plan.

Every clause below is on the admission agreement. Read it here, then read it there before you pay.

Extension: If the 10 projects are not finished at the end of month 6, the course continues at no extra fee until they are — up to a maximum of 12 months from the start date. Teaching, reviews and mentoring carry on exactly as before during this period.
The 12-month limit: If the 10 projects are still not complete at 12 months, the programme closes. There is no refund and no placement guarantee at that point. We say this plainly at admission so nobody hears it for the first time in the twelfth month.
Attendance below 90%: The refund guarantee and the placement guarantee both lapse. You keep your seat and finish the course, and we still refer you into drives — but the money-back promise is void.
Declining an offer: The guarantee is met the moment a qualifying offer of ₹3.6 LPA or more is made to you. Decline it and there is no second placement and no refund — the guarantee is spent. Location or domain not being your preference does not reopen it, which is why you agree to both before the batch starts.
Offers you arrange yourself: You are free to apply anywhere on your own, and plenty of students do. But if you take an offer you sourced yourself, or run a parallel hunt while we are placing you, the guarantee and the refund clause no longer apply. Pick one route at the start and tell us which.
Selection is the first condition: The technical test and the interview round come before admission, not after. Clearing them and getting one of the limited seats is what puts you under this guarantee at all — no seat, no guarantee, whatever else you enrol in.
How the refund is paid: Claimed in writing at the end of month 7, paid back to the account fees were received from, within 30 working days. Attendance and project records are shared with you so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Say these three back to us at admission: the extension to 12 months is free; past 12 months with the 10 projects unfinished there is no refund and no placement guarantee; and one declined offer — or an offer you took on your own — ends the guarantee with no second chance. If anyone here tells you otherwise, this page is the version that stands.

What people ask before they sign.

Why only 10 to 15 students?

Because we carry the financial risk. A guarantee across 60 students is a marketing line; across 12 it is a liability we have to actively manage. Small batch is not a perk here, it is the mechanism.

Is the guarantee in writing?

Yes. Every clause on this page is on the admission agreement you sign, including the refund window and the 12-month limit. Ask for a copy before you pay — you should read it cold, not at the counter.

What if I am still appearing for my final year?

That is fine, and common. Exams take priority and missed sessions are made up rather than counted against you — tell us the dates in advance and they are excluded from the attendance calculation.

Do I really have to relocate?

Yes, if that is where the offer is. We place across Maharashtra and beyond, and the guarantee assumes you will go. If you can only work from one city, take one of our other courses with normal placement support instead — you will not be under this promise, and that is the honest outcome for both of us.

Can I apply to companies on my own at the same time?

You can, but not while under this guarantee. A parallel hunt makes the seventh-month clause impossible to settle fairly, so taking an outside offer or running your own search voids it. Choose at admission: our placement, or yours.

Which companies?

The same partners our placement page lists, plus the drives we run ourselves. The guarantee is on the offer and the package, not on a specific company name.

Does the fee include anything else?

The extension months, if you need them, are free. Interview drills, mock interviews, code review and drive registrations are all included. There is no separate placement fee at any point.

What if I fail the selection test?

You can join any of our other courses, which come with placement support but not this guarantee, and reapply at the next batch. We would rather turn you away now than take your money against a promise we cannot keep.
