QQubitGigs

About

We named it after the thing that matters: the gig.

QubitGigs is the training arm of Dhruvaatma Systems Pvt. Ltd. We teach software in western Maharashtra with one measurable goal — that a student ends up paid for what they learned, by an employer or a client.

Why we started

Students in Sangli and Pune are not short of ability. They are short of two things: someone experienced reading their code, and a reason to believe the effort converts into money.

Most institutes here solve neither. They sell a syllabus that has not changed in three years and a certificate no employer asks for. The student pays, attends, finishes, and is exactly where they started.

So we built the opposite: small labs, weekly review by working developers, and a published record of what every batch actually did afterwards. If our numbers ever stop being good, they will still be on the site.

01

Employability is measurable

Attendance and marks are not outcomes. An offer letter or a client invoice is. We publish the second kind of number and let you check it.

02

Small rooms, read code out loud

Labs are capped at 18 because reviewing code takes time per student. If the room grows, the review gets shallower, and the review is the product.

03

Teach the stack that is hiring

A third of our curriculum was rewritten this year. Agentic AI went from a curiosity to a hiring requirement in eighteen months; the syllabus followed.

04

Say the uncomfortable thing early

If a programme is wrong for you, we say so at the counselling stage. A refund is cheaper for both of us than a student who drops out in month three.

How we got here

  1. 2024

    First batch, one room, Sangli

Fourteen students, one Java batch, and a rule we still keep: every project gets reviewed before it gets praised.

  2. 2025

    The freelance track

Students kept asking how to earn while studying. The Freelance Developer Bootcamp came out of that, and its first cohort billed ₹2.4L between them.

  3. 2026

Pune, and agents on the syllabus

The Narhe lab opened and the Agentic AI programme launched with a cap of 18 seats. Both filled before the batch started.
